Sun Dog Yoga's classes are fun and engaging for students and teachers alike. The instructor, Mrs. Sarah, plans unique and themed lessons for my Pre K students. Every lesson is filled with a variety of components, such as: a story, movement, songs, learning games, stretching, and breathing. My students love to participate. It is a wonderful experience for everyone! Would highly recommend.
